Grain Mills
Although we supply many of our
grains pre-ground, many customers prefer to grind their grain just
before using them. Most attempts to use coffee mills and other devices
grind the grain too fine for good use in brewing. We offer three
styles of mills for grinding the proper size of particles. Customers
may grind grains bought in our store with our drill driven malt
mill.

| SCHMEDLING
MALT MILL A small well designed version of commercial
grain mills. This roller style mill crushes the grains instead
of shearing them. This results in the kernel of the grain
being crushed while the husk is left intact to provide a good
filter bed when sparging. Great results.
