Stills
Because of the concern over chemicals in our ecosystem,
purity of our drinking water has gained national attention. One way
to get very pure water is to distill it. After doing considerable
searching we have found a still supplier. By early May we should have
the stills in stock. The stills are reflux column, stainless and of
25 liter capacity.
Now we are in no way advising or implying that any of these stills
be illegally used in the US in ways that would violate federal US
laws.

| ONE GALLON STILL
The legal size in the US of an unregistered still (for water
and oil) is one gallon. With a larger still the customer must
realize that the government might ask to see the records of
production and might be asked to register the unit. So, with
the one gallon size there is no need or regulation to register
the unit because of a loophole in the government regulations.

make 6½ gallons of up to 20% alcohol base in 10 days.
It works by fermentation of a special high alcohol distiller’s
yeast and nutrients. Just mix with 18 lbs of sugar in 3 gallons
of hot water, add water to 6½ gallons. Add the Turbo Yeast
and stir. Ten days later the base will be ready for you to add
to your favorite liqueur extract. |
