Fruit wine bases are solid pack
fruit in their natural juices. The winemaker ferments on the fruit
and then presses them out from juice with a nylon bag, muslin cloth,
or wine press. 96 oz. Each makes 5 gallons of wine.

Fruit Flavors
These flavors can enhance the natural
fruit flavors in wine. They may be added successfully after the
wine is through fermenting. Each 4 oz. jar will flavor 5 gallons.

Oregon Fruit Purees
These purees contain no seeds, have
been commercially sterilized, and can be used right from the can.
They are excellent for adding to beers for fruit flavors and can
be added to winemaking musts for
deeper, richer flavors.
