CLASSES We conduct beermaking and
winemaking classes regularly. Please enquire about times and dates.
CATALOG If you
would like the latest catalog, please let us know and we will send
you one. If you move please let us know so we may update our mailing
list. You may also download the current catalog directly from this
site via the "Request Catalog" form.
If you have a friend who might
like a catalog, please inform us and we will send one.
INFORMATION Please
call our information line 608-257-0099 and we will try our best
to answer your questions. We have been making wine and beer for
over 20 years, so we’ve seen a few brews go by.
FREE CRUSHER AND PRESS
USE If you make wine at Mitchell Vineyard in the Fall,
the wine press and grape crusher is there for you to use. We will
show you how to use them, and away you go.
BEER AND WINE RECIPES
Want to make another batch of wine or beer but need a recipe? Just
call and we can help you. Many customers don’t know what to
try the first time, or just don’t have a recipe in mind. We
will make suggestions and select a good one for you. We have the
books on hand, and many recipes from the Internet as well. We’ll
have your ingredients on the way the same day.
RETURNS
You may return any items you desire. Please return them via prepaid
insured parcel carrier. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and
a note whether you desire a replacement or refund.
